Seems stupid to me. The artillerymen get practice and avalanches get prevented. Silly thing to cut
The avalanches are still getting prevented, the CAF is handling it. The artillery equipment is old and needs to be phased out in place of whatever is replacing it. The design is ww2 so it’s overdue for replacement. Does suck about the practice being cut though
