    This used to be me.

Cured since I started to use an alarm app that asks me to solve two randomly but very easy math calculations.

Hint: They are not easy if you just woke up and your mobile is screaming at you.

    Never overslept again.

The trick is training yourself to wake up and go to sleep at same time every day.

I used to struggle with alarm clocks, and now I rarely need them at all.

I just train my cat to know what time I need to get up by feeding him at that time for a while and then he will never let me oversleep.

OK let me be precise, unless there’s a strong reason for it, I’m in bed with the lights out and eyes closed at a set time. In my case this applies to more than 95% of the days.

Or, in colloquial speech, I go to sleep at the same time every day.

I havent used an alarm since highschool and can barely sleep past 7 am when I try. Makes me feel like an old person.

My fiance for 2 hours a day. 3 different alarms, one of which is loud AF music. Gawd help me if I didn’t take something to help me sleep.
