Pudding should come in a medium size packet. The ~100ml kid-lunchbox ones are too small, but the ~500ml “family size” ones are too big for a single serving and apt to go watery before you’re done.
Saliva makes pudding and jello watery due to enzymes I think. Put a portion in a bowl and the rest back in the fridge for later.
Just get the jumbo size bulk Can and go to town. Still probably cheaper in the long run lol
