Sorry to ask for more help, especially as it’s almost the middle of the month, I guess it’s not the best time to ask but I don’t have any choice. I am still waiting for the rest of my backpay and what little I’ve already had got taken for debt repayment and rent.
As you may know my landlady went away to care for her daughter who’s been in hospital after having part of her bowel removed, then she got blood clots and infections. So she’s been away since April and I’ve had to manage alone with no-one to drive me. Her daughter came out of hospital and now my landlady is helping her at her home while she recovers and expects to come back here in three weeks. So I need to manage alone for another three weeks. Being unable to drive and the nearest bus stop being over half a mile away, which is unrealistic to manage with my mobility problems, I need to pay for hospital transport for my upcoming appointments. Hospital transport is charged in Bands, going to the GP surgery is Band 1 as it’s nearby, that’s a £12 return journey, going to the local hospital is band 2, an £18 return journey, and going to the podiatry hospital is Band 3, a £26 return journey. I need:
To go to the GP each weekday for dressing changes on my feet as my mobility problems are currently making it too difficult to do myself. For three weeks that’s 15 x £12 = £180 (the nurse changes the dressings with the dressings I paid for from the podiatrist)
to go to a podiatry check-up on my feet, in a hospital the next town over is £26
I’m about to start a 6 week physiotherapy rehabilitation programme at my local hospital (one session per week) as my mobility problems are getting worse rather than better. Three sessions until my landlady gets home, that’s 3 x £18 = £54
I need to get to another appointment at the GP surgery for my usual blood tests and vitamin injections. That’s another £12
An upcoming appointment at the ophthalmology department at the hospital - £18
That makes a total of £290. If anyone is able to help with any part of this via paypal, please PM me.
I also haven’t been able to get enough food donations to make it through the month, especially as I have to pay for delivery with no-one to drive me, that eats into the gift card. If anyone is able to send a supermarket gift card to me, my email address is DisabledAceSocialist@hotmail.com
This one takes debit, credit and google pay:
https://www.sainsburysgiftcard.co.uk/
This one takes crypto:
https://www.bitrefill.com/gb/en/gift-cards/sainsburys-in-store-digital-uk/
And these gift cards are totally anonymous unless you choose to put your name on it, I won’t see your payment details or know who you are unless you choose to tell me. I am really grateful for any help.
EDIT: I don’t qualify for free hospital transport. It’s only for people with specific medical conditions, and they have to pay upfront and try to claim a refund later anyway.

please dont feel bad for asking for help
