As a designer who occasionally comes across job postings for things like this (usually hidden behind at least one layer of anonymity so people don’t spam the job postings), they either use AI to “get them 80% of the way there” and then a marketing person “finishes the design”, or they get a designer who thinks it will be hilarious to take their money and do the worst job possible. Fields like this require empathy because you need to know what your audience is thinking, and how to appeal to them. It’s why the official art style of this round of fascism is AI. No one who’s actually good at their job wants to do it for them.
