Anything about queer politics is completely absent in spite of transphobia and homophobia being major fields of agitation for German fash, the org has a single paragraph about women’s rights that focusses entirely on motherhood and being hardcore anti sex work (like, "let’s abolish porn after the revolution"anti sex work) and doesn’t mention abortion or fighting patriarchal violence once. Also, nothing is worded gender neutral. All in all, this is the least feminist left-positioned manifesto i’ve seen anywhere in Germany in ages. I have to go back to the 1950s to find something that gives less of a shit about women. Oh, same about environmentalism, btw. In spite of that being a core field of leftist agitation in Germany since the 1980s.
Interestingly, they are fairly well versed in ML jargon. Like, these aren’t amateurs. The dog whistles are loud, as loud as in that weird-ass picture in OP, especially if you’re German and get the cultural context of terms like Volksmusik and Brauchtumspflege, but they are very dilligent in dressing nationalism up in language that would sound authentic if it wasn’t so out of date on so many issues that are generally a given in leftist circles today. Linguistically, this is an utterly fascinating find.
