Ukraine’s commander in chief Oleksandr Syrskyi is widely expected to lose his job amid signs that Volodymyr Zelenskyy has bowed to pressure from protesters and will reshuffle the army’s top leadership.
Zelensky sacked the cabinet including MOD Federov. This sparked protests considering the momentum Federovs changes and successes realised during his 6 month career.
So, afaik, it’s said that Federov and Syrskyi were having strong disagreements and this was creating a disruptive atmosphere in the Cabinet and Army. Also since recently there have been more & more disgruntled U.A militaries about the way Syrskyi was running the military (some even calling him a " butcher").
