OK Computer is their most popular album and people will tell you it’s their best, but it’s not (don’t get me wrong, it’s still amazing imo). If you want a more “regular” rock sound listen to The Bends, or if you’re willing to listen to more experimental stuff check out Kid A and Amnesiac (How to Disappear Completely is probably their best song)
I make and am into experimental music. Ive bee. Deep into diy crust and noisy punk sinxe rhe early 2000s and radio head was kinda the enemy. I’m off and into atmospheric stuff now but still have an anti radio head part of my brain.
Well known doesn’t equal pop, at least in my book. Putting Radiohead in the same genre as Taylor Swift (or I guess Britney Spears would be more accurate time-wise) is crazy
Ive been too punk for them forever and maybe should give em an honest listen. Ivd hated everything ive heard tho

What makes radiohead the enemy? I guess they’re pretty different from punk but I thought “the enemy” would be pop or something
Theyre pop
Not really? If I showed the average joe a Radiohead song that wasn’t Creep they’d be like “what the fuck am i listening to”
They have had numerous high selling albums and are a well known mainstream band. Theyre pop.
