      Kpop is pathos, simple emotions hit hard. I wouldn’t call myself a stan anymore but it was my preferred genre for a significant period of my life and the songs just reach back and have unfettered access to my heart and my history.

      Edit: also with the newjeans one. They’ve been fucked around by the shit that is the kpop industry, and they’re just girls who want to vibe. You see Hanni just mixing up the choreo for the fun of it before the reality of holy shit here I am in front of literally tens of thousands of people sets in. She’s just a girl on a stage. There are other factors too that would get into soft self doxxing territory, but kind of bring some of those feelings to hit closer to home

        I am fine with that. I just cant relate. Diy punk was my version. Different people get hit by different stuff. Ive been listening.g to every reply snd am a giant music dork and found a lot of stuff that has blown my mind. I’d recommend clicking aroind rhe thread. This one just didnt do it for me. Theres no accounting for taste and yiures cart from mine in that regard.

            I am too, cause ive found a lot of bands and musicians i wouldn’t have otherwise checked out, and I am a huge music nerd. I was in a sad music mood wanted to hear what other people reacted to. Turns out thst is a great way to find good tunes.
