Cooler kids had a crate of marbles to stare at for 50 hours and consider eating.
Cant have shit anymore cos of woke
ages 3-99
When you hit 100:

Actually its for ages 3 minus 99 so you can only play if ur -96 years old
Shit I just turned 100, well time to pack it up
That’s when you can finally eat the marbles, they have ripened
But why do they look so edible?
You may have bought some processed marbles — Sometimes the people at the toy store package the marbles with an overripe banana (which lets off ethylene gas, a natural fruit ripening enzyme) which causes the marbles to ripen prematurely. You lose a lot of flavour through this method but you can sometimes shave ten, fifteen years off the waiting time.
Silly method, I put them in my penis hole then slurp them out. Works perfect every time. I only buy organic marbles in the skins
Ah the traditional method
I would stick 5 magnets with all their north poles into a ball, their fields would combine. Then if you did the same with another ball you could put the balls near each other and they’d push each other really hard. You could also flip the polarity for the other ball and they’d stick together with 5x the force of an individual bar magnet.

My generation only had Knex and my fingertips are still sore
Nothing was worse on my fingers than bionicle ball joints. Putting them in was easier but taking them back out to make the mega bionicle was impossible
Me and my brother were pretty knex pilled for a bit. I remember we made little single shot guns using a rubberband where the trigger turned into the projectile. Hilariously inaccurate, I shattered a Christmas ornament by accident
Knex was the best for building useful stuff. I made a holder for my DS that allowed space for the charging port. I was so proud of that.
Omg I loved these things! We had a set in school I got to play with sometimes
I only had legos, construx and later the more sophisticated ramagons. Good magnets were still far too pricey for kids toys back then before the glorious Chinese rare-earths productivity ramped up.
I was so poor that my mother could not afford these expensive construction kits, but sometimes my wealthy relatives would give me the sickest Legos and Matchbox toys for Christmas, so I never got to choose the toys I had, but I had great toys.
I’m reminded of that Key and Peele sketch about putting marbles in your mouth
We had a marble gambling ring in elementary school that was eventually shut down by the teachers.
