Well there is that but they also have to go through the same beruacracy (they can just afford the red tape anyways plus lobbying to convert those nice residentials to being strip malls)
What bureaucracy? It’s vegetables in a garden. Pick them, wash them, eat them. This isn’t commercial farming where you’re using pesticides, tractors, desiel emissions, manure… It’s a garden on the corner of someone’s house.
These people likely aren’t selling their stock to a global market, but rather letting their neighbours take something for dinner.
