David Wong wrote a great book, a decent sequel, and then went batshit insane.
I can’t remember his username, but he did an AMA on reddit, and just kept using the account for years. Just running around being completely unhinged and starting slapfights with people over the dumbest shit.

Kind of. It was bought up by some dude who thought making unfunny videos with some old dude would sell. I think it changed hands again and the one or two writers occasionally produce something that is mildly amusing.
