If Reddit were to revert it’s changes to 3rd party apps would you stay on Lemmy or move back to Reddit?

    I prefer the smaller crowd here. Reddit just feels like a mall these days. Between all the bullshit, tencent, ads and assholes, I’m not looking back.

      It does feel comfy. I just hope it grows large enough to where I can look up any information or question and find dozens of threads with lots of comments, people answering them with sources, or correcting others who are misinformed, etc. It’s nice getting a quick response too with such an alive community (most of the time, but depends on the subreddit and question, I suppose). I have no issues with ads though either because I use reddit boost

      Most of the assholes I’ve been able to avoid most of the time by what subreddits I choose to see, otherwise they usually get downvoted. Idk I guess my experience with them is different
