14·11 days agoMy spouse just got a new job. She was dissatisfied with her current employer, so over the past month she submitted about 60 resumes. She landed 4 interviews, 2 of which turned into second interviews, and one of them just made her an offer. The other company called her for a third interview, but she declined.
