Found these in my compost bin, are these June beetle larvae or something else?

I opened my compost bin today to find hundreds of these guys crawling around in the compost. I’m curious as to what they are.

They definitely look like soldier fly larvae. Thanks friend! :)

If only I had some chickens to feed them to…
