While I respect the use of a two-hole strap, it ain’t gonna keep it from knocking against the wall

        “a rubber”

That’s not how I’d refer to it, esp in this context

I was thinking the same. It might work, but the strap would have to be tighter IMO. Also good luck if that is drywall

Highly recommend some good toggle bolts or plastic toggle threaded anchors. Those should do the job.

I mean, it might if it’s secure and entirely flush as well as anchored properly. But unless the house is really sturdy the whole thing is going to shake.

That’s only about 78% effective, which makes it a very poor method of protection.

Eventually, yes. Maybe quickly depending on the screw that was used.

Vibration dampening is the way to go.

If it’s to stop demons from raising your bed off the ground - it’s not going to work. They’d rather take the body anyway and leave the bed where it is.

I know what Reagan went through, as a kid my bed would shake and rise a bit also - I had these dreams about dead people singing and inevitably, I’d wake up to my bed moving around on its own.

I don’t believe in such a thing as demons, but I remember how scared my brother was of what was happening. The voices were loud enough he could hear them also.

That must be a fucking screw holding that to the wall.

Bonus use as a tie down point.

Virgins can now jump on the bed to their heart’s content. Must jump alone, no jumping with a partner, k ,virgins?

      A quality bed frame.

Not putting the bed frame right against the wall.
