    Homemade banana bread. Dry biscuits. Pretzels. Lebanese bread. Laughing cow cheese or the equivalent (the ones on the shelf.).

      Banana bread is a good idea. Hadn’t thought of that. Wonder if it keeps ok if I slice up a loaf and freeze it…I think I’ll definitely add vitaweats. Wasn’t aware there was cheese on shelves too.

        That’s exactly what I was thinking with the banana bread but I didn’t want to overwhelm you. The cheese you’ll find near the Vegemite. It’s not the healthiest cheese but a piece every now and again won’t hurt you. Still full of calcium.

          Hmm okay it won’t be every single day of the week but I’d say half the week so hopefully not too hard on the heart kinda snack
