I think this whole administration is just insider trading. Trump tells everyone in the inner circle that he’s going to blow up the economy and they make their moves, then a little later we find out. Next he tells them he’s going to cool things down and they make their moves, and then later we find out.

He just reposts Bloomberg terminal headlines. This headline did appear to come through as he posted a screenshot of it. The interview it refers to does NOT say that though.
This being on a Bloomberg terminal headline would explain why there was a market reaction to it. I know there’s sentiment analysis based high frequency traders, but I assume they’d do better if they react to pre-filtered headlines instead of tweets… current example excluded.
