Ooo I’ll start: Being afraid of your app-slave is pure treatlerite behavior, if they’re terrified of a stranger knowing where they live then they shouldn’t order delivery.
I’m shocked we don’t see more cases of delivery drivers being shot by the people they’re delivering to
I suspect it’s less dangerous now because everything is bought digitally. One reason for delivery drivers getting murdered is they often had large amounts of cash on them, but were in isolated areas. This was especially true if they were making multiple deliveries, going from one location to the next.
How do you just forget you ordered a delivery like this? How can you see a guy in your driveway 45 minutes after placing a delivery order and not think, “hey that’s probably the delivery driver?” How is your first thought to tell your husband to grab the gun, and not to help bring the groceries in? No part of this makes any rational sense.
If the PD collectively had two brain cells to rub together, they’d realize this couple didn’t order groceries, they ordered a murder victim.
Maybe it does after scrambling your brain with a few rounds of unvaccinated COVID, thousands of hours of Fox news, endless scrolling through Facebook, and a garnish of microplastics, lead, and various forever chemicals

Isn’t delivery driver in the top 10 most dangerous jobs in the US? I’m pretty sure cop doesn’t even make top 10 lmao
Ah fuck I forgot about that, so it’s actually just a case of it being so normalized that it barely makes the news
no, it’s a dangerous job because of all the long hours driving around. it’s the deadly car accidents that are normalized, in this case.

I think it’s mostly because of traffic accidents, not violence.
Yah. I was talking about historically like back in the '80s. Cab drivers in NYC were constantly getting robbed, too.

Shooting a man on sight, no matter how much of a poor worker they are, is actually fighting the patriarchy
Men should be treated like male chicks tbh /jk

Well shit, now I’m at a loss. I’ll have to try harder next time. What if I lied and said beans aren’t delicious?
