Absolutely, the person who got like 3% of the Dem primary vote had horrendous popularity, but Biden also made absolute sure she wouldn’t even be allowed to fail on her own merits.
I lived in Oakland during that time, and she didn’t even win there. I remember seeing graffiti of her as a cop.
