    V2G should be an essential part of every new EV. They have the capacity to actually fix the problem they’re creating, by putting a load on the electrical grid, and you can offset the upfront costs by getting paid to do it.

      It an extremely convenient feature, but I think it’s far better to have a separate house battery. It doesn’t need to be anywhere near as big capacity, can be made from cheaper cell types because weight isn’t as much of an issue, and it doesn’t drive off during the day when expensive power is more likely.

        Sure but that costs tens of thousands of dollars extra…this makes use of something you already have…
