Some of the accounts were literally just foreigners following the American influencer trends to get paid by the platforms itself. I feel like that’s represented by the one Apu.

This is racist against Indians. Many of those accounts are from Nigeria, South-Africa, Pakistan, and even Russia.
Apu is the only (well known) foreigner in Springfield. I doubt OP is trying to disparage Indians as much as just make a Simpson meme. (Not like there are Israeli, Pakistani, or Chinese characters he could have used) *edited to fix grammar mistakes
