That has been my experience as well even with non-white men and women who have grown up in colorist societies. They tend to go for white people over anything else.
Beauty standards are a fuck, it took me a long while before I figured I’m attractive/attraction is heavily dictated by white supremacy. Uncoupling it and developing better tastes and improving my self esteem is an endeavor but one worth doing.
That’s something I’ve noticed when looking at US social media. American poc have no standards when it comes to dating ugly ass whites but if you’re a fellow poc you need to look like a model to have a chance with them.
Tbf I’ve also noticed this in the more rural parts of Guatemala where I live. White worship is strong in the cities too but the attractive poc are a lot more picky and will ignore you if you don’t look like a Brad Pitt or Scarlett Johansson.
I can see that, whiteness supercedes everything else. I also believe MAGA will lie about what they believe since they cowards
