    It’s a Sig P320, so there’s always the possibility it’s an uncommanded discharge, they just do that sometimes, especially when being holstered and unholstered (such as when or shortly after Pretti was forcibly disarmed, a law enforcement agent unholstered Pretti’s gun before other agents shot and killed him while he was unarmed)

    If Pretti’s P320 did actually did discharge without a trigger pull, surely that must be it for this gun at least, and I don’t see how Sig Sauer could live this down. But that’s a big if, it’s always possible that the agent was negligent and pulled the trigger or that the gun wasn’t discharged.
