i think this one’s kind of interesting because at this point the judiciary seems to me to be playing the most pure distillation of the expression of the opinions of capital on trump admin policies, so this i think in some sense represents capital formally telling trump that they don’t like the tariffs. it will be interesting to see how that develops. i think trump will probably just keep levying them one way or the other, but the tension with capital might be interesting. or maybe they’ll just fall in line behind the fuhrer, not sure yet.
