It’s a word Kiwi farms used interchangeably with about a half dozen slurs for neurodivergent people that get caught by our filter, so I can’t specify them. Specifically, ND people who keep posting when they’re being bullied, so they can be “milked for teh lulz”.

Well, their bullying, doxxing, and swatting campaigns have led to several documented suicides. A few mass shooters have cited Kiwi farms in their manifestos as inspiration, and the Christchurch shooter live streamed a shout out to the site as he was gunning people down.
That should tell you all you need to know about that community.
You could say “clown” or “goober” it’s just that lolcow has a lot of bad baggage with it that’s hurt some vulnerable people who didn’t deserve it.
