The video is even worse. I wonder if Fetterman wanted to say something like “Fuck Iran. It’s good if they suffer.” but his brain doesn’t work nearly well enough to come up with any sorts of euphemisms so he just resorted to odd non-answers. And even though the video isn’t the greatest - he sounded like he was breathing heavily and he looked like shit.
