Mine do. My dad has Raynaud’s Syndrome and I wonder if I didn’t develop it too. Like today for example I have really thin gloves on my hands since it’s cold in the house. I feel like a dolt typing on the computer with gloves on but the opposite is my hands being numb.
Yeah I get this too but no history of Raynaud’s.
It’s funny though because now that I think about it, I haven’t had that feeling nearly as bad since I started doing more manual labor outdoors a few years ago? No idea what to make of that. My feet still stay pretty cold though.
But yeah I know that exact feeling of wearing gloves even to work on the computer.
Can’t wait until it warms up.
I wish you tolerable cold weather until then my friend 🙏
It is pretty common. My dad has it too, and he uses thick gloves to help. Be careful using hot water, because rapid temperature increases can also trigger it, so heat them back up slowly.
ty for the tip
I don’t know OP, but if you can afford to see a doctor, I recommend it.

My ma has reynauds and mine started developing in my late 30s. One particular finger goes cold and numb
After covid, absolutely. As does my partner who seems to have developed some raynauds type stuff. I also always have a really cold neck now that causes all kinds of problems.
I used to be the person who always had the warmest hands and feet. I’d warm up my friends hands in the winter by holding their hands. Now my feet completely freeze during a few hour teem meeting at work, I hate it. Always wearing wool socks. And the other parts of me are too warm.
I dont habe raynaud’s but I have experienced cold feet and hands a lot… I have read that sitting down for extended periods can reduce the circulatory system, especially to the extremeties. So moving around is crucial to keeping it going, alternative sitting (like squatting,) and also keeping yourself as warm as possible… I wear a hat and slippers in the house and drink warm water/ tea because I also keep it relatively cold… but sometimes I also supplement with a space heater.
