Here’s the criminal complaint from the FBI:

    https://www.justice.gov/opa/media/1435876/dl

As noted above, SFPD officers recovered a document from MORENOGAMA. MORENO-GAMA appears to have sent a similar version of the document via email to individuals at his former college in Texas on April 10, 2026. The document was a threepart series that MORENO-GAMA apparently authored, which identified views opposed to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the executives of various AI companies, including Victim-1.

    1. The first part of the document was titled “Your Last Warning” followed by “Daniel Moreno-Gama.” In this part of the document, MORENO-GAMA stated he “killed /attempted to kill” Victim-1. MORENO-GAMA also wrote, “Also if I am going to advocate for others to kill and commit crimes, then I must lead by example and show that I am fully sincere in my message.” MORENO-GAMA further listed the names and addresses of apparent board members and chief executive officers of AI companies and investors.
    1. The second part of the document was titled “Some more words on the matter of our impending extinction.” In this part, MORENO-GAMA discussed the purported risk AI poses to humanity.
    1. The third part of the document was a letter to Victim-1 addressed as: “To [Victim-1’s name] if you make it” in which MORENO-GAMA states “If by some miracle you live, then I would take this as a sign from the divine to redeem yourself…”

“A few thousand days” reminds me of how Elon Musk liked to promise he would send someone to Mars in 5-to-10 years, until it was 5 years before his latest deadline of 2031 and he announced that Mars was old and dead and a Moon colony was the new cool.

Intentionally switching to a more trivial scale, while remaining purposefully vague and imprecise, is such a fascinating bafflegab tactic. It’s a giant waving red flag that Altman is bullshitting, but many people (especially in the press!) still take it as profound.

Altman is slightly realising there’s a lot of people who’ve literally been driven mad by the ideas he’s been using as marketing. Throwing Molotovs at Sam Altman’s house is probably bad — but it’s like Altman’s done a stochastic terrorism to … himself. Hope he calms down a bit.

You know, I had let time blindness eat the context that Saltman has been saying the same doomer critihype about basically every product they’ve developed going back years. Like, I knew it but I hadn’t really processed it.

I just… I have no words for how dumb literally everyone - apparently including myself - is that he keeps getting away with this shit.

youtube comments and i’m getting the bangers again

If you are number one enemy of the nerds that are afraid of the etch-a-sketch, does that make you the most powerful etch-a-sketch?

The accounting of these companies must also be too dangerous to release or something.

At the mention of Butlerian Jihad I cringed so hard I became a quantum singularity (I got better)

Funny how I’ve heard more about Mythos than the fact that three people have tried to kill Sam Altman
