Is high refresh rate even desirable an a phone? On a gaming handheld it would be great, if it has the battery to drive it for a while, on a smartphone it just seems like a detriment.
My phone has 120hz but I never use it, because battery life is more important. And most mobile games don’t benefit from increased motion clarity anyway.
Literally the first thing I do when I get a new phone is turn off the high refresh rate. I don’t care if it only gets me one minute more battery life I genuinely don’t care.

Smooth motion is great for scrolling but, yeah, 240hz won’t be worth the battery cost.
