That seems counter to their policy of bolting ordering kiosks everywhere. If someone forgets my drink or whatever at any fast food place, it takes forever to get anyone’s attention cuz literally nobody is at or paying attention to the counter. Or maybe that’s the idea, make it as inconvenient as possible to get a refill in the first place.
No they still have free refills you just have to bring it to the counter
