they also have various XR (extended release) formulations that might make the crashing/withdrawal effects mid-day less noticeable, i.e. vyvanse is adderall with a molecular bit attached that needs an enzyme in your blood to cut it off before it starts to “do anything” so it’s rate-limited by the enzyme doing that, stuff like that might help moderate effects like the sweating and stuff, but I think side effects like that also tend to go away after a few days/weeks of use (where your body starts to be like “this is normal”)
I tried Adderall and it made me sweaty and uncomfortable
I think that’s just the human condition for neurotypicals
I usually don’t sweat through my shirt though
