I will explain:
AI doesn’t work, but your bosses still demand you produce more because you have AI tools now. Some of you keep up with the crushing demand and do more work. The bosses can afford to fire some people off the backs of the overworked labors who fell for it.
Which is great because now you have your entire company run by people who are burnt out and fully dependent on an external system, and you’ve lost your ability to extract wealth from living labor and instead are fully reliant on reified labor sold as a commodity by AI companies.
Unless you’re Meta, Google, or Microsoft who own the Slop factory, dumping your entire company into AI is just handing your profit to those operators.
