      This is the way. I always add turmeric to the cashew “cheese” dip I make so it doesn’t just look like beige goop.

      Ah you’re wise. My first thought was experimenting with red & yellow food coloring until the objective was achieved

      Serious question though: does turmeric have flavor?

        It’s mostly bitter with a slight hotness and a herbal touch. “Dry” is also a really good adjective for it IMHO.

        Source: I just ate half a teaspoon of turmeric. 10/10 would not recommend.

        I guess, I should also add that you really don’t need a lot of turmeric to color things yellow, so the flavor isn’t that big of a deal here.

            Ugggh yeah, I’ve accidentally dumped a bunch of turmeric into a pan and well at that point you just have to roll with it. I shoved it down my gullet and forced my self to think of anti-inflammatory responses.
