Update #1

CNN - Trump still expected to deliver speech tonight, though timing may shift. President Donald Trump is still expected to deliver a speech on the National Mall for the Fourth of July, though timing may fluctuate due to weather, according to a senior White House official. Trump is scheduled to speak around 9:45 p.m. ET.

Shortly before 9 p.m., Trump told Fox News anchor Bret Baier that he will deliver the speech “no matter what.” Baier said Trump cited the sacrifice of World War II veterans of D-Day who endured bad weather. (Storms caused a 24-hour delay of D-Day, the first day of the Normandy landings that laid the foundations for the Allied defeat of Nazi Germany.)

However, Baier said Trump told him it could be a shorter speech. Trump told Baier he would speak at 10 p.m., 11 p.m. or 2 a.m., even if no one is around on the mall to hear it.

Before - did you see it? Did you see it? Everybody loves me. Loves me. Loves me. They love me so much that guys get zapped by lightning for me. They fry. They die. Like a bug zapped by an electric zapper thing - you know those things? Bug zapper things. Bugs get so much juice they light up for a second like tiny points of light. Christmas lights. Christmas lights are pretty. So - does everybody love me enough to get zapped and die like a bug for me?

    Tepid murmurs from the crowd.

How much do you love Trump. Love me. Die for me. Men more than women so more women too. Everybody loves me enough to get zapped and die like a bug for me. Everybody.

    Polite clapping.

    See? Everybody. So - sharks…
