Gyroscope and the central PCB are fairly specialised bits of equipment which are not something I’ve ever seen in a hobby store myself but you’re correct on the rest of the parts. I expect the PCB and gyroscope to become heavily controlled and purchases of those to be scrutinized/monitored by state intelligence services in the near future if not already.
You can build really cheap drones with open source kits already
