    Reports are for community health; blocks are for personal health. It is good not to block people too frequently, because it helps the community if you can see and report when people break the rules, and it doesn’t always hurt to build some extra tolerance for people being disagreeable and to try to reach out to people you think you can reach; but this is still volunteering a portion of your mental health for the sake of the community, and if you don’t think you have it in you then you shouldn’t force yourself: mind your enjoyment of the site, report and then block. This is my own broad strategy.
