Wero isn’t a card, it’s a mobile payment system that requires a Google or Apple approved phone unfortunately. Ain’t no escaping America with that.
I don’t think there’s any serious effort to have a payment card that’s not American but works across all of the EU. Some countries have their own cards though.

Well, the pin makes no sense. Our economies differ significantly and Canada benefits from a floating dollar.
But the spirit is correct, adopting EU rules and regulations for closer proximity to a common market makes great sense.
Why the hell would we want to pin the CAD with the EUR?
