I love the way he revs up for it but also is trying to keep from laughing
Tim: Fellas, can we do another shot
Director: Don’t you fucking dare
Probably the other way around.
He seems like he had an absolute blast with that role.
He definitely did. There are some outtake videos and he and George Takei were just hamming it up
That gif is screaming for a supergalactic treatment.
Best known for saying the word “Space” in Red Alert
SPAAAAYCE
Bad. Gorilla.
Happy Birthday you beautiful , singing, transvestite, sewer clown. RIP
He’s still alive
He’s been in a wheelchair since he had a stroke in 2012, so most people haven’t really seen him in over a decade. But I think he’s still doing some voice work!
I wasn’t aware of that. What a shame. IMDB shows he’s done a handful of VO roles, but nothing since a livestream version of Rocky Horror which was apparently done in front of webcams back in 2020. I hope he’s doing as well as he can considering the circumstances.
He’s gone the way of Wade Boggs. Very sad.
Wade Boggs is still very much alive, I assure you.
God rest him
I thought they shot out his deadlights? /s
What a legend.
Guess the rocky horror picture show is already consigned to the archives
He was in C&C 3 and I can’t help but think he had to have been in other games, right? I probably even played some; but I can’t remember anything other than “I’m going to the one place that hasn’t been corrupted by capitalism… Heavy breathing SPACE!”
In hindsight I think he was onto something
I want to go back to a simpler world, where space wasn’t corrupted by capitalism.
He was in a horror movie, I’m sure lots of people have seen IT.
Home Alone2? And IT was an orange man in a hotel lobby?
The Worst Witch wasn’t a horror movie, silly!
Best known as the narrator of the Abhorsen and Series of Unfortunate Events audiobooks
Best known for his work as the poet in episode 2 of Lexx.
Such an underrated show.
Isn’t that the guy from “The Worst Witch” and its timeless dance and song number?
Yes, but even better known for the reading of this classic Oscar Wilde children’s book. I had this on tape as a kid, and his voice is so soothing. https://youtu.be/du3L7iSEbI4?si=HYHXonpaL11juHIf
He was Nigel Thornburry.
