Pig poop balls has been a longstanding response by former /r/chapotraphouse users. It was common on reddit before the subreddit was banned, and it carried over to here.
It’s basically just a response that the dirtbag left decided to use whenever a reactionary was around. It taught people to stop bothering to “debate” them because they’re not doing so in good-faith so there’s no point wasting time. Mocking them works better.

This image is generally posted as a way of saying that whoever you’re talking to is an asshole not worthy of a real response.
