I honestly don’t know how much worse it gets than Israel on that end. But there also are the Baltic states, where it appears that everyone who isn’t a communist like our GOAT Robert Kurvitz and the rest of the Disco Elysium team is an out and proud nazi. It’s illegal not to be a Nazi in the Baltic states, even! They banned victory day celebrations (Russian source, take it with the slightest pinch of salt).

I think that Japanese history puts it ahead. Beyond what they did in Asia outside their country, they also oppressed Japanese natives, such as the Ainu. Moreover afaik they are even more resistant to owning their own atrocities

I only put UK on my list for historical achievements in evil. Though I think it’s worth watching what they’re able to make of this direction of turning themselves into a sort of spycraft-depot for the rest of the westoid nations.
