I’d recommend it as just the superior product to dairy yogurt if all things were ethically equal. It tastes better. It’s also available relatively cheap at the grocery store near me. For cooking it doesnt react different to being heated up or anything as well. It’s soooo much better for curry
Get unpasteurized plain soygurt, refill the container with pure soymilk (not the stuff with fillers or sweeteners) after, shake, leave out in room temp or warmer (or in a fancy rice cooker on the yogurt setting.) you can unlock the infinite soygurt hack
