Probably means the lamp has a transformer / ballast component, and there might be some extra power still moving through that. Like the power brick on a laptop, often when you unplug it it has a lower light on the brick, you’ll see the light stay on a few secs.
Ohh ok yeah that sounds a bit weird then, possible a component in the chain is wearing out? Like the thing that breaks circuit isn’t disconnecting well so power still flows a bit?
