      A good boss takes responsibility for anything that happens on their watch. Even if the worker did something wrong, the boss is still responsible for hiring them.

      It can also be the fault of the shareholders though

            I’m trying to introduce nuance. You seem to propose that all execs are fired for any issue. That doesn’t strike me as particularly nuanced.
