hexb. it used to be spelled hexbers, which made sense, but the spelling was changed by the wear of centuries to hexbear and now it’s somewhat obscure.
the original meaning refers to the omen of the owl seen at the founding of the community, which famously farted six times. b b b b b b. owls are small, their farts are small.
