Mostly to internet content because I take one look, express a reaction, and then move on. Frequently I’m kind of sincerely shocked by titles of content as I scroll the internet. I am annoying myself and my boyfriend by doing this. He can just take a look, silently react on an internal level, and move one wheras I’m too sincere with my reactions. He’s definitely more numbed when absorbing emotional facts about traumas from world history.
Luckily, I won’t click on almost anything I’m shocked about. I typically find thoughtful, level headed content creators better educators. Even when they’re talking about total chaos happening.

Biggest bang for your buck: mindfulness practices. I tend to recommend Healthy Minds, but most evidence-based mindfulness practices are good.
Second biggest bang for your buck: experiential exercises like defusion, acceptance, and self exercises. Why experiential? Because they exploit your senses so that they help with memory reconsolidation. Thoughts lose their power but you retain your ability to notice them and choose.
Let me know if you have questions!
Lots of Dalai Lama-related content on Healthy Minds, but I’ll still check it out and take things with a grain of salt.
I’ll see the other things you mentioned later.
