Just spitballing, quality will vary:

There’s only one white NPC and he’s the most offensive depiction you could conjure up (this requires play testing to narrow down).
-CBT outpatient simulator and it’s all dialogue trees of people sitting around like a David Cage game baybeeeeee
-We took the script the AAA writing/art team did and then randomized literally all the genders and ethnicities. As a kicker, we reveal we did this a year later with the original art and show that 80% of the cast were originally white guys.
-War game that faithfully simulates late bronze-age phalanx tactics that is, accordingly, breathlessly homosexual. The entirety of the conversation in camp is what you would expect of a bunch of bros out ready to die and trying to get their long spears penetrated into something. I want the player visibly sick from so many dick jokes.

If it’s a game genre that I am most familiar with, it will be a Dynasty Warriors clone complete with like a Dynasty Warriors story of like three different factions of leftist ideologies warring with each other after a fallout of an major successful revolution against a right-wing capitalist nation. Each faction have a optimistic good and bad ending outcome depending on you completing secret objectives within certain key battles that would save a character that would end up dying in that chapter which would affect a route split choice later.
If you clear all three faction, you get one new faction that is basically the remmants of the right-wing capitalist group, clear that, and you get a continuation where the three factions unified once again for real to deal with the right-wing group once and for all for a golden ending.

The gameplay consists of you having to use CRT to explore the correct dialogue trees as you confront everyone responsible for your treatment. You own them in an argument, but then they each say they’re unrepentant so you murder each one in a gratituous QTE fest where you overpower them.
The credits of the game is just every developer who worked on it doing an acknowledgement of the peoples who’s land they live and work on and whether a treaty exists or not.
